The Santa Cruz SCORE, SCORE Chapter #688, has been counseling small businesses since 1990, and recently has added counseling for not-for-profits. In 2006 we served over 200 present and prospective business owners through our low-cost workshops and free counseling. We are an active chapter and have more than a dozen volunteers. The counselors of Santa Cruz SCORE are experienced business founders and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help potential business entrepreneurs, existing business managers, and non-profit executives achieve success. SCORE counselors provide you with in-depth, relevant, practical advice on the feasibility and implementation requirements of an idea or plan, and can help you solve the problems that go with building a successful enterprise.
